# XchangeTR

> Istanbul-based fintech platform. A professional exchange rate tracking and automated pricing system for currency exchange offices (sarrafs) and jewelers; a consumer mobile app for comparing live exchange rates from the nearest shops. Built on Flutter + Firebase. Closed beta completed March 2026, public launch Q2 2026.

XchangeTR is a two-sided platform:
- **Consumer side (B2C):** Free mobile app — compare live currency and gold rates from nearby exchange shops, map integration, smart price finder, price alerts, location-verified community trust scoring
- **Merchant side (B2B):** Automated price updates (Auto-Pilot algorithm), bilingual display (TR/EN), featured map placement, analytics, business hours management

The platform uses live market data and is not dependent on a single source. GDPR/KVKK compliant, secured with 256-bit SSL.
